This page explains how to delete your Reviva account (Reviva Limited) and the personal data associated with it. It applies to both our website and mobile app.
How to delete your account
You can delete your account in either of the following ways.
In the app or website (fastest)
- Log in to your account.
- Go to your Profile page (open the menu and select Profile / Account).
- Select Delete account and confirm when prompted.
- Your account and data are deleted immediately — no waiting period.
By email
Alternatively, email support@reviva.live from the email address registered to your account and ask us to delete it. We will action the request without undue delay.
What is deleted
Deleting your account permanently and immediately removes:
- Your account and login credentials (email address).
- Your profile details (name, specialty, and training level, where provided).
- Your practice and mock-exam history, feedback, and scores.
- Your subscription record with us.
We do not retain your voice audio at any point — it is transcribed in real time and never stored — so there is no audio to delete.
What is kept, and for how long
For legal reasons we must keep a limited set of records after deletion:
- Billing and payment records are held by our payment processor, Stripe, and retained for up to 7 years to comply with UK accounting and tax law. These contain transaction records only — no interview content, transcripts, or feedback.
Deletion is irreversible. If you later wish to use Reviva again, you will need to create a new account.
